Please do not send anything back without first waiting for a response to your email. It may be that you do not need to send the item(s) back.
If you are required to send anything back, a shop manager will need to confirm the correct return address for you.
If you return any items, please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.
If your item does not arrive back, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refund and exchange eligibility is 30 days from receipt of your order.
If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
Refunds are applied to the payment method used to make the original order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error on part of the manufacturer, this shop or related fulfilment company.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Items will be replaced only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival with the order's recipient.
